Here's a little trick I used before... I noticed whenever I got stung by bees (shaking non-fruit trees), first villager that I talked to always gave me medicine and told me to get better (so nice of them <3). I don't know if it requires you to have high friendship with them or not, but try that next time xD instead of taking the medicine I brought it to the sick villager. bee stings go away when you save-and-quit then reload anyways.. =P
