Buying Need Items to Pass Fashion Check

I need to pass a Fashion Check but the only ornate clothes I have are the Red Tights and Crown. I'd ideally like to buy the Butterfly Dress and the Leopard Pumps and I can pay with TBT or IGB.

I may also accept any of the other ornate dresses but I would prefer to get the Butterfly Dress:

Frock Coat dress
