Need inconvenient neighbors gone

Hello QwQ this is my first post and well...I've been playing New Leaf for a while and I'm finally bringing my town together, but recently 2 neighbors moved into bad places, one RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE and the other in the middle of my orchards...

Anyway, I heard you can invite people to you town, get the neighbor to like them, and they will move to their town soo...here are the 2 neighbors:

-Elvis
-Elise

You can just come take them but if you're one of those rich players...I could use some donations for neighbors...(been spending all my bells left and right for Public Works)

If no one wants them then can you tell me some methods of getting rid of neighbors? :<

they will only move into other's villages when they're in boxes(moving out), and someone comes and asks them to move into their village

Try not talking to the villager for a week. Completely ignore them. Don't even talk to them once.

I actually have two free spots in my town...I could try and get them,maybe?
