Need Ideas! Help!

I really need some ideas for decorating my house.

Main Room: Living Room, pictures, TV, fireplace, etc. (want to change it)
Left Room: Music (want to change it, need ideas!)
Back Room: Empty (need ideas!)
Right Room: Cafe
Basement: Gameroom
Upstairs: Bedroom

Your ideas will be greatly appreciated.

I think you should make your living room the back room of the house so you can place your Fireplace at the back without it obstructing anything.

The thing is, I want to have a more creative house...like no living room, a new idea.

here's what i have in my houses:
house #1 - spooky themed - graveyard, laboratory, library, chapel, forest, room filled with all kinds of weird things.
house #2 - fairy tale themed - garden, bakery/sweets shop, underwater, princess room.

I do plan to now make my back room a space-themed room.

For me, personally, my main house is medieval- castle themed. House #2 is going to be a more, modern/futuristic house xD

I have the upstairs with the Pirate/Pascal items plus a few other things like treasure chest and such. I wanted it to be as if this is on top of a ship.
I have a room on the main floor with the items from the island. So it is beach themed.
The back room I have it set-up as if it is the backyard of the house.
The basement I have all of the mini-fossils on display stands from the museum.
I want to do a space theme room but I haven't done that yet.
