So I'm new here and I need someone with a perfect town rating to come to my town and help me sort out what's wrong with it because I can't seem to get the perfect town status no matter how many guides I read. I have so many PWP but Isabelle just keeps telling me that I need more and I have lots and lots of trees and groups of flowers everywhere but it doesn't seem to be enough so I really just need someones help!
