Need help with pathing

I restarted my town to get a really good layout, and I certainly did. However, I thought I was set when it came to pathing, but now that I have the QR machine, I'm stumped on where paths should go. If anyone could come over and help me figure out where to path, that'd be nice.

I closed them because I needed to make my 3DS check that JellyBeans was added. They're open again, and I won't have to close them again.
