need help with instant username change

I purchased the instant one-day username change with my seashells but I can't find where I can change it. Please help if you can! I really don't want it to expire before I can utilize it.

You have to go to your Inventory, then click on "Configure" next to the Instant one-day username.
There, you can change the name then.

I tried this as well, but I just get an empty configuration:

I just bought the name change with 10 Sea shells (which I don't even know how/why I got, but was very thankful for), but now I feel like such a noob for not knowing how to change my nickname. ^^'
