Need help with "HomePass"

A few weeks ago I noticed that I'm getting random 'Streetpasses' since Nintendo Zones are now some sort of StreetPass receiver and my SSID is still "_The Cloud" (needed to get EU DLCs back in the days haha)

So, I'm getting exactly 6 Streetpasses every 7-8 hours and almost all of them are from UK + Ireland (about 90%, but there are even some people from AUS, France, Italy, Spain, Finland and so on...)


1. Is there any way to get Streetpasses from NA / rest of the world?
2. How can I speed up the the whole process? Some people get Streetpasses every minute through MAC cyclers and public MAC adress lists. Can someone explain that? I'm not a tech geek at all X-D
