Need help with designing my town!

I'm not very good at designing towns and mine is very empty, I'm just looking to pay someone in igc to come to my town and help me design an area of it. I've never really designed a town to be honest, so I'm pretty bad. I already made pattern designs to place out where my bushes, trees, flowers, pwps, paths and other stuff will go. I'm not looking for someone to design the whole town, just to help me with an acre or so of it! Thank you
