Need help with Bushes

For putting bushes in my town, what type of bush would you recommend? And where would you put it? If you can come to my town and help me plant them that would be great, but I'm also ok with you telling me how to.

Go look at the bushes at Thonky.com. They bloom different times of year which obviously makes a difference. You can also decide then which bushes you think are the most attractive. Players tend to like the Azaleas and Hydrangeas the most. There is also a guide about close you can plant them next to buildings. How many bushes are you thinking that you need?

This is a good guide.

I really love the hydrangeas, but their bloom period is so short, sometimes I feel they aren't worth it. Right now the sweet olives are in bloom, and they provide a quaint sort of pretty. <3
I think you get the best blooms from the azaleas, and I am mad collecting starts right now. ^^
The hollies are overlooked a lot, but they do spend most of their "bloom" under snow.

Er, decoratively? I use mine to accent pwps, or villager houses.

And you collect them. I buy them at Leif's store everyday.
You could also buy them from people here, but they could cost like, 10000% markup from what Leif sells it as. Hahaha. c:

If you need a few to start up, I can spare you a few.
