☆Need help transferring items from other copy☆

So... I haven't played Meow in a while, so I'm gonna transfer my golden tools & infinite baskets to Hurricane/Huricane. DO NOT TOUCH MY BASKETS, many don't understand that they can be easily destroyed by dragging a single fruit to them, but I'm no hacker, I bought them off google+, so there is no way for me to "just get another one." I'm William & The Cat.
