Need help testing amiibo adoption

I'm trying to see if Welcome amiibo villagers can be adopted out. I currently have Piper (04) in boxes in my cycling town. I'm hoping somebody with less than 10 villagers can see if she can be asked to move in. If it works, you're welcome to actually adopt her if you'd like! Thanks in advance~

I don't think they can be adopted out. If you're talking about the special ones coming from the Zelda amiibo etc, then they cannot be adopted out. Only villagers from cards can be.
