Need help moving items between islands!!

Hi!!
I have two switch consoles and separate islands on each, I have a lot of resources like stones, iron and wood and stuff that I’d really like to move to my other (Better) island. I was wondering if anyone could help me do that? I would pretty much dump them at your island and come back to pick them up from my other island

Not too much!! Probably less than an inventory full!
