When I walked out of my house today I noticed a new patch of land had been sold right in my flower garden. Is there a possibility to get that house removed or moved to another spot? :(

If you've already gone onto your Mayor for today then no, there is no way of changing it. :c

Perhaps I can time travel him out, or will his house be used by a new villager? It's against my nature but I just dislike his position so much.

Another Villager could possibly move once you TT him out. You could use the Reset Method to choose where you want the house located :)

Sounds interesting. Will that have an effects on my items or loan?

I had the same issue, Someone popped up right smack-dab in the middle of where I ran through every day... but hey, it was joey. So it's worth killing my highly used path for.

I don't quite understand how it can be prevented with a non-mayor character though. Could someone explain how that works?

It can't be with any existing character you have. You are starting a new game, talking to Rover, etc. When you first get to town, check out the town and see where the villager's plot is. If you don't like the placement, turn off the game and repeat the process with a new character until you're happy with their placement.

I'll admit it can get REALLY tedious and annoying if it takes more than a few tries...

Took me FOREVER to get Willow in the spot I wanted her house in.

I UNDERSTAND THIS PAIN I REALLY DO FEEL AND UNDERSTANDDD.

I did this today and discovered a new house in a bad spot. When I restarted no one new moved in so I saved.

When the new villager comes I'll have 9 (no campsite) which means someone might be moving soon. Will a new villager move in right after one moved out? Because I'll have to repeat the login process to find the new villager again.
