Need help holding Villagers/Items!

Hiya! I'm going to reset one of my towns, and I need help holding some villagers and some items. I've seen people asking for help with this before in this section, so I figured this was the place to ask.
I'm particularly looking for people with reasonably high ratings, and people who don't have these guys as their dreamies. This is just for precaution, because I don't want to loose my
Villagers I need to be held:
Phoebe,(Being held)
Hamlet,
Kyle.(Being held)
And I have some items I don't want to lose, so if someone could hold those as well, that would be great! (Being held)
Any help at all would be appreciated.
(I would need to get the villagers into boxes first, as none of them are at the moment.)

I need them held until I've found a map I'm happy with, really. It shouldn't be too long though. Just so you know, some of the things I need held are hybrids.

My gate is open and my town is called Carrot. Put the items anywhere but the train station (I just got my items back from being held and put them there so yeah).
