I been tting for 30mins and fauna won't say anything won't ping me Isabella hasn't told me I been ignoring pushing her doining everything Please help

Actually, the higher your friendship with a villager, the more likely they'll move out. I suggest you start talking to her instead of ignoring her.
Also, I agree with Fireninja1, 30 minutes is nothing xD
I've gone days spending all my free time trying to TT a Villager out. It's not easy.
