I have the money to buy a new 3ds game, and I'm thinking of getting Smash Bros but would it be still worth it? I mean, it was released quite a while now, and I think there aren't many active smash players anymore... would the game be really boring without people to play with?

Would it still be worth it or should I get another game instead? Which other game would you recommend besides smash bros?

Not sure about the 3DS version, but Smash on the Wii U is really active. If you don't get that, Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate is a new, fun multiplayer/single player game. There's also Story of Seasons coming out if you're patient enough to wait until March 31.

I see a lot of smash players for wii u so I'm guessing it's the same for the 3DS. I'd say get the game because it's great or you could get pokemon.

I still really enjoy Smash and I know many other people who still actively play it. Personally, I enjoy playing offline on smash too so I'm not too bothered if less people are active online. But I'm sure there are plenty of people on this forum that'd be happy to play the game with you if none of your friends play it.

I'm bad at recommending games but my favourites on the 3DS right now (besides acnl) are Pok?mon, Regular Show, and Kirby.

oohh... so it doesn't really get that old even when you're only playing offline/solo?

I don't think so, I got the game on the day it was realised and haven't gotten bored of it yet. However, it seems I'm in the minority. Most people I've talked to online seem to find offline play boring after awhile.

What kinds of games do you like? If you enjoy RPGs, I'd wait til April 10th for Xenoblade Chronicles 3D (assuming you have a N3DS). If not, then April 7th for Etrian Mystery Dungeon.

Any kind of game, really! Thanks for the suggestions :D I'm thinking of Monster Hunter too, but would it be worth it?

Only if you have friends to play with. Single Player will only last you so long, and Monster Hunter is designed for multiplayer.
