The lobbey has chic wallpaper and plank flooring.

Essentially I know there's going to be an editor's desk for check-in. And I'd like 2 sofas, a complimentary coffee area, maybe a little laptop area for "guests" to use the internet.

I'm looking for a cozy bed and breakfast theme, incorporating, but not limited to, the classic furniture series

Anything I should look at???

bump!

I once had a house that exclusively used the Gorgeous Series in all six rooms. Maybe a gorgeous series hotel will work.

I think gorgeous series would be a bit too ritzy for a bed and breakfast, but if it's a costly one then... Yeah, gorgeous would work. If you were going for something more understated, but still nicer, I would use rococo or regal, and then for the other rooms I would use cute furniture series like the modern wood series. It's really warm and comfy imo.

thanks this is exactly what im looking for!!!!

I think an alpine set would work nicely. It's not too elegant, formal, or over the top, but it's still very inviting and still keeps the relaxed feel. If for some reason you think that it's still too expensive-looking after trying both of those, try the alpine set.

I have a really cute QR Code for wallpaper, it's light blue with white fringe on the right side and some red roses (I will try and find a pic) but its so cute!

I have a Hotel in my town, the lobby has the Gorgeous series, and I have an Exotic Suite, Classic Suite and upstairs a deluxe Rococo Suite. I have made the basement into a spa and gym and plan on making a casino in the room on the back <3

If you're going with cozy, I would suggest alpine or the modern wood series.
