Need advice! Should I buy?

Joan is selling her turnips atm for 100 bells. I never seem to be able to catch her underneath 100 and I time travel A LOT to fish for low turnip prices. Should I just suck it up and hope that Reese offers above 150 this week? Is it worth risking?

I can normally catch her at 60-90 bells each. It seems harder to find a high retail selling price imo ?.?

If you're up for visiting other people, a lot of times in the 'gates open' forum, people are nice enough to post what their turnips are selling for that day and invite you over. I noticed one today that was saying they were going for 500 or so bells. I wish I'd stocked up now, but I rarely play that early in the morning so I always miss them.

My work schedule makes it so that doing that is super hard for me :'( ALL I WANT IS THE TURNIP TRADING BADGE WAAAAAAAAAAAAAH :'(
