Need advice on how to cycle 16 characters quickly :(

While trying to get a spot for my last dreamie, Amelia, to move in, I time traveled until Freya the wolf could move out. Unfortunately Mira, my favorite, decided to suddenly move out... I must have not saw her ping. v_v I have my boyfriend holding her until I cycle through 16 times to get her back.

What is the quickest method of doing this?

From what I heard, if you TT 2 days forward, there will be a villager who wants to move, and you have to find them, then just T them out.
