A few things:
-Pokemon is not one of the tiny fonts you can choose. When shrunk, it becomes extremely hard to read.
-Is there a crescent moon sprite in AC? I could always add in one not found in the games, but you'd have to link me to one!
-I'd need you to choose a background. It can come from anywhere or anything. Wouldn't want to choose one you wouldn't like!
-I'm pretty sure that quote would be too long to squeeze into the signature considering you have a bunch of other things you want on there.
-I don't add screenshots to sigs because I would have to render them and that takes way too long. If you get someone to draw your mayor I could add the art to the side though!

Other than that, everything else looks fine.
