Rules/Info:

(I'm fairly new to this, so these rules may change as I figure out how best to run this)

-I'm only accepting TBT at the moment.

-No lurking, except for Tier 4 & 5 villagers.

-I will accept reservations for villagers Tier 2 and below that are currently in town (no reservations on Tier 1). By reserving a villager, you agree to pay the buyout price. I'll PM you when he/she is in boxes. You'll then have 24 hours to claim your villager.

-No buyouts for Tier 1.

-Tier 4 & 5 villagers will be voided automatically unless reserved.

-Tier 1 villagers and Tier 2 & 3 villagers not reserved will be auctioned off.

-In town: Running is okay. Please wait for me to lead you and don't talk to other villagers, pull weeds, pick up items, or dig anything up.

-If you'd like to wait until you see that the villager is in boxes to pay, that's fine. However, please send the TBT before talking to them.

-I'm typically online late afternoon and nights (CST) (but not always)

Haha, a lot of interest in Marshal~
I'll make sure to give everyone at least 24 hours once he's in boxes and have the bidding end at a reasonable time so things are as fair as possible. It makes me sad that I only have one of him, everyone deserves to have Marshal.
I'll be back around 4pm tomorrow to cycle out a few more villagers.
