So I’ve been holding onto Sherb and Lolly for my friend and I really want to keep Lolly but I promised it to my friend. Will Lolly appear on Mystery Island Tours if I give her to my friend?

If Lolly is no longer on your island than you should find her again, she won't have any memory of you though,unfortunately.

Yes, but I believe finding any specific cat villager is very very unlikely to begin with since there's so many cats.

It's the same chance to find Lolly as it is to find Raymond, I believe.

I recommend trying the campsite method!!!!!!

The campsite method will be very tough. You’ll have to have no normals and you’ll have to go through every single normal before you can see Lolly in camp since she’s already been on your island. Your best bet might be to buy a Lolly fake Amiibo on Etsy, unless you’re morally opposed to that.
