I have used about 150 tickets so far and I have gotten Marina over 5 times. Is this rigged or something?

I have no idea if certain villagers are rarer than others, but I know they've never had rarity anywhere else in the series. Such is the nature of completely random chance. Getting the same villager 5 times during 150 tries is completely reasonable.

God, I wish I'd get Marina once. It's odd that you get the same one this many times though, this seems like a very low possibility.

there's a few that i've seen twice, sometimes even twice in a row, and i've seen phil 3 times. other than the first 3 lazy/peppy/normal villagers there shouldn't be anything increasing odds for certain villagers though so it's probably just bad luck

Im seeing a bunch of them 3-4 times now, just saw the cheese rat a fourth time(no idea what her name is)

when i was using tickets a lot zucker kept reappearing a lot, idk if it's rly rigged but i feel like everyone has those few villagers that just wont stop comin' up
