My WiiU gamepad has drained 3 times now. Will its battery life deplete?

I don't have extra controllers for my WiiU yet and have mostly been playing in my gamepad. But it dies out so easily. I never notice that the light in gamepad is on or blinking already.

Will its battery life now deplete or is it still the same?
If so, is it in just an insignificant amount?
Thanks:D

I think it stays the same, but it's battery life is so low anyways it wouldn't really matter all that much.

Also, my battery drains every day I play the Wii U and I've had it since 2012.

Over time, anything that can be recharged will lose its battery life and won't stay charged as long.
I have a really old laptop that won't stay charged anymore, so I have to keep it plugged in all the time.

This takes years to happen though, and it happens very very slowly.

Basically this. I tend to play with it plugged in all the time, just so I don't have to rush for the charger in the middle of a game. (Probably not good, but eh.) The battery life on the thing is super sucky.

That's what my mother did once.

Yea, the battery life can be pretty sucky. I think mine must last about 3 hours maximum until it needs charging, which isn't really isn't an issue for me since it's become rare that I'll play for that long in one session without a reasonably sized break (I'll usually go do something else for an hour every now and again) but it's super annoying when it does happen and I have to rush for the charger. I have one of those docking stations though so it's always charged when I first pick it up which reduces it happening.

At least the charge cable for it is really long though so it's less restrictive and the input for it is in a place where it won't get in the way...I mean, gotta look at the bright side.
