My town's personality types are getting all unbalanced and it's the campsite's fault

And also my fault for not being able to say no to anyone.

My town is currently 2 crankies, 2 smugs, 2 peppies, then one of everything else except jock. I had a campsite visitor today. Knowing that it tries to help you get all personality types, I was hoping for a jock...

It was Rosie. Who I couldn't say no to. So she's replacing Claudia, so I'll have 3 peppies and no snooties. I ultimately said yes because a) Rosie is cute and b) I already have Claudia's photo, so it is a fresh face to move in for another photo... But my town is getting lopsided. Luckily, peppies and smugs are two of my favorite types... But...

Anyone else running into major personality balance issues?

I haven't had an Uchi for about a month and a half because Katt (my starter) was the first to move out.
I haven't had an uchi come in my campsite. Nor as an uchi been a random move in.
I also don't find many Uchi during island hoping either...

I have 3 Lazy right now, but that's more my fault for inviting Biskit & Stitches via amiibo so I could see which plush lazy boy I wanted. ^^;

I'd be very okay with multiple lazies, and it sounds like you have a good group.

I haven't used amiibo for any of this. People like tangy and Julian and Kyle and Rosie show up and I just can't let them leave!

I have one of each personality with an extra normal and cranky. I haven't had anyone come to my campsite (except the first smug), so no one has visited unless I amiiboed them in.

That being said, the villagers I have are ones I love, and I'm not one for moving them in and out. I like a settled town/village/island and don't plan to let any of them move out.

Yeah having villagers you live is most important. I try to keep at least one of each personality but if I find I don’t vibe with one, I find a new one. I think I am getting there. It takes me a while.

I really wish you can pass that issue to me. I don't mind having unbalanced personalities in my island. In fact, I want to drive all the smug and jock villagers away. (It's more of my personal preference.)

And yes, Rosie is cute. She is a keeper.

I have 3 peppies right now, but Audie will be leaving soon. I also had 3 Normals in New Leaf, but it didn't bother me because Normal is my favorite.

Otherwise, no, just because if I already have 2 snooties and I see another snooty in the campsite, I would rather them not move in than have 3 of a personality.

I think my villagers are pretty balanced so far. I have 2 cranky villagers and 2 smug villagers with 1 villager with everyone else except for snooty. I finally got antsy and got two more villagers while I'm doing my slow and steady non-TT campsite method for Judy since I didn't get lucky island hopping.

I have so many normal villagers (on both islands now lol) and I absolutely loooove their designs but they all say the same stuff jeez. :C
But I don't want jocks on my island. I don't like any of them.

I haven't had a jock or snooty in my almost 300 hours of gameplay oops.
I have a snooty replacing one of my two peppys tomorrow, but i still have THREE NORMALS. I just can't get either of the two I want to leave to go.

I got Whitney about a week ago and it was only then I realised she was my first snooty... I was kind of overwhelmed by jocks for a while so I'm now sick of any exercise talk

I have 2 Crankies and 3 Lazies and had Kabuki visiting my campsite today.
I would have probably said yes to him but I wasn't smart enough to reset the game and he picked someone I was not ready to part with so I guess in a way that was a good thing.
I badly need a jock but I hate how slow the move-out process of the villagers is.

I have 3 smugs: raymond, marshall and O'hare. I was already gonna sell marshall to people but now I really want him gone because O'hare's model looks cooler to me. I HATE having essentially 3 of the same animal ;-;
