My town is literally confused

It's Feb 25th but there is NO SNOW ON THE GROUND! Yes I have the correct date, where did the snow go!?

Even though the snow is gone, it's still winter. Spring always starts on March 1. You'd think that would be the day the snow melts...but I'm glad it's gone now!

I had a really hard time with it as well, since I still have over a foot of snow on the ground in rl and it's only in the 30's. Spring around here won't show up probably for another 6 weeks at least.

It really threw me off today, since we got our first serious snowfall this winter in my city. Normally we have snow right after Christmas & it lasts until March, but we've had a really mild winter...until last night.

NL & real life have done a serious flip weatherwise...

It never snows where I live, so my town finally matches real life. I'm so glad the snow is gone. It's fun for about two weeks, and then it gets boring. I didn't even bother playing this winter.

This was more or less my reaction when I saw all of the snow gone, for the first time.

But yeah, since I got this game back in October 21st, and the fact that it was my first AC game, period, makes it awkward, seeing actually normal scenery.

I changed my path the the stone one with grass edges but my characters are still in winter clothes and boots.

I understand the confusion....it's certainly not looking like spring here yet with all the frosts we're having.
It always comes at this time in AC though, personally I'm glad as I couldn't put up with that snow much longer without getting seriously irritated that I couldn't use my nice first paths and things

Lol I was always super excited when the season changed in the game. I grew up on the west coast and where I lived we had two seasons pretty much summer and fall hahaha. It's to nice to virtually experience all the seasons in game. Minamo is still in 2015 winter time so I still have snow and snow people in my town.

All the animal crossing seasons make sense to me because I'm in Texas xD Only it almost never snows here (which I'm fine with because I hate snow/cold weather).

Ahhh I'm so glad it's gone! I can now finally put up my green nature trails throughout my town n.n
