Jun 27, 2009 #2 Nic Senior Member Joined Dec 27, 2008 Posts 6,129 Bells 315 Right click on your taskbar and you see Lock the Taskbar if it is checked UN-check it. Then drag it down and when that is done right click it and lock it.
