Prices:
Weeding: 20 TBT (Weeding on Weeding Day is FREE)
Selling: 20-30 TBT
Planting: 20-30 TBT
Room/town design: 40-50 TBT
Other: I'll suggest a price when you ask me.

I have some rules here, please read them CAREFULLY and follow them as well as you can:

ALWAYS PAY ME BEFORE I GIVE YOU ANY SERVICES.
ALL WI-FI-ING WILL BE DONE IN YOUR TOWN.
IF WE EVER WI-FI-ED IN MY TOWN, PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION IN MY ABOUT ME.
ALWAYS GIVE ME WI-FI FEED BACK, I'LL GIVE YOU IT TOO.
PLEASE BE AWARE I'M NOT ALWAYS ABLE TO WI-FI RIGHT AWAY.
I'LL ONLY TAKE ORDERS FOR 24 HOURS, SO PLEASE MAKE SURE THERE'S AT LEAST 2 TIMES WITHIN THE 24 HOURS THAT YOU'LL BE AVAILABLE.
