What work do you do on Landscaping?

I want my town to have flowers but I dont want a rose then a lillie next to it
So I thought I maybe split my town in for sections

West side of my town:Roses
East side: Pansises
South west: Tulips
South east:?

I think that this is a great idea, I've actually done the same for my town and it makes gardening a lot easier.
I think for the ? You could actually have lillies here as they would be away from the roses.

Hi. I could really use your help! So I plan on having a modern dream town but I've came across a few issues for landscaping:

Villagers just move in on all the paths I have
I don't have the PWP's I want
I don't know what to do with all the area I have for PWP'S, where to put them and what sort of greenery can be planted.

I have made a start on it but help from an expert can really help me get the town I want. I am willing to pay a price for the landscaping.
