My Roost cafe is in a very undesirable spot now that I look at it....

Nope, there is no legitimate way to move the cafe. You pretty much have to either restart the town or hack it. sorry.

Yeah, I believe it's one of the permanent public work projects. I wish they would allow for relocating, adjustments, or rebuilding of permenant public work projects! I guess to build some landscaping around the Roost caf? to see if you will like it then, but restarting can work to if it's worth restarting for one misplacement of a pwp o: unless there's a lot of others that need fixing xD

No, I believe you can't demolish/move it unless you were to restart your town. Good luck!

Nope...The Roost, the campsite & the police station cannot be moved or demolished once you place them. You're stuck with it unless you reset your town. Very sorry...

Ah, that's really disappointing, as I have no intention of restarting my town. I quite like it otherwise.


Good news, though! Just after making this thread, I found out the villager, Graham, is moving out. His house was really the only thing making the cafe seem...poorly located. Hopefully I can place things strategically to never get another house in front of the cafe.

Yo for future reference though if a villager says they're moving and then change their mind after you talk to them just reset.
The same villager will ping you to move but don't talk to them. They'll still move out.

ah, don't worry too much. chops pulled that one on me too, but the next time he asked to move, he stayed true to his word. don't lose hope!

I'm afraid there's no way to demolish it once it's completed. Only way is to deal with it or reset. Mine's in a not so good spot too but I've put in so much time into my town I just have to deal with it

Ah, well, at least Graham will eventually want to move again. After he's gone, maybe you could put a bench and a trash can out in front like you'd see in front of a real caf?.
