I've had it with my phone. Let me list a few of its "minor" problems.
-Screen will zoom in and I can't zoom it out.
-The battery refuses to charge and can run out of power while charging.
-It only has 7 GB. And 5 of the 7 is used for system updates.
-Can't receive or send texts with pictures.
-Doesn't play the other person's voice during phone calls.
-Only connects to the internet when it feels like it. (It'll say can't connect, 2 seconds later it will. Another 5 seconds later, it'll disconnect again.)
-Deletes contacts and music automatically.
And now:
-I can't send texts. Period.
So I try to take out my battery and reset it. Now it's frozen on the turn off screen with the battery out. What is this thing?!?!
If I go into AT&T, they'll say it's fine and I should just check for updates every now and then (even though updates make it work even WORSE and I don't have the memory to get the update.)
So I basically have a paperweight. I actually use it as a paperweight a lot. AT&T refuses to look into repairing or replacing it, and I've learned that any "smartphone" under $400 doesn't work. Great.
