My orange roses turned white?!

I found some orange roses and tried moving them beside my only other orange roses. I picked up the white ones that were there, planted the orange ones in their place, then they sort of flickered and turned white
I picked them up again and instead of orange and white I had two white roses in my inventory. So weird!

I had a similar flower glitch myself just yesterday. I was trying to place a red pansy in a certain spot, where Ankha happened to come by and she wanted to plant a yellow lily in the same spot. As soon as I put the red pansy, the yellow lily was put there, too, so they were both in the same spot, which looked weird! I picked it up and got the yellow lily Ankha placed. I was just like o_0

One of my villagers planted a flower just about where I was standing and my game froze. That was the first time my game ever froze.
Flowers are evil.

one time i put a path down and a villager planted a flower at the same time and they colided. it looked kinda cool although the pattern disappeared after a bit. wonder why flowers always get priority hahaha
