My Nunchuk Isnt Working?

I'm not sure this is the right thread but anyways.

I was playing a game on the wii and then all of a sudden i can't move the stick on it, when i point the remote to the tv it doesn't show and when i disconnect it, it shows.

Any Help?

Try new batteries. Unplug the nunchuck and reconnect it to the wiimote withot touching the analog stick.
