Survival Mode will be multiplayer in the future. There will be no PVP in it but there will be tower defense/siege, team deathmatch, and capture the flag games in the future.

By the way, this will only happen when you buy the full game. So fork over $10 now while it's still in Alpha. That's what I did.

Nope. The game will only raise in price. The full version/beta version will be $20. Once sales go down, he'll still charge people for the game, but he will also release the game source code. So the game won't be free for a long long long time. And even if it does become free, all the servers will most likely be dead. So I suggest picking the Alpha up now for $10.
