So, this week and next week I am off for spring break.
To take advantage of this very rare occasion, I decided to clean and spend a lot of time playing New Leaf as I leave Bravely Default in the dust for awhile.
While updating my town paths yesterday, my roommate made some rude remarks about my addiction to this game and asked if I am ever going to stop playing this game. I simply told him this, "Dude, your ability to play games stops at Candy Crush and Cut the Rope. You only know one simplistic type of game. Until you have played many different types you won't understand why I like this game."
Simply put, I like this game because of the way it is not like other games I play. I'm not pressured to do anything unless I choose to do so. It gives me something to pass the time. I can make my own scenarios and goals, and I can make the town look the way I want unlike previous games.
Have any of you had people comment/complain about you playing this game? What are your reasons to continue playing?
