A little while back, I mentioned on this forum that I reported my local Best Buy to Nintendo because they actually had no Nintendo Zone I could utilize to get the ACNL exclusive DLC, even though they advertised that they did. Well, Nintendo's customer service representative assigned to my case actually replied right away, which I was quite pleased to see! But just the other day, I got more email correspondence from her and now I'm going to recieve the first three Best Buy DLC items from her via a spotpass interaction! c: So I'm going to be getting one of the items early!! I'm very happy with how my process with their customer service department went. Kudos, Nintendo!

It is awesome to see sometimes Nintendo's customer service actually does do something right. Great news about getting the DLC, enjoy.

Wow so lucky! Maybe I should report mine too but I'm not sure if they are actual Nintendo Zones in the first place. But they are the only two best buys nearby so one of them should be one.

Nintendo lists their Nintendo zones in their website, McQueen, so that's how I found out my Best Buy was supposed to be a Nintendo Zone. They also said they're trying to "amend the situation" with Best Buy, so maybe we'll see them actually putting them up soon. I don't care since I've figured out how to do the wi-fi changing exploit. I don't trust Best Buy with my time and money any more!
