Music suggestions...

I have 20 dollars left on my iTunes gift card, and I need some music suggestions. Here's what I'm into: Rock, hard rock, metal, and rock. Some of the bands I like:

System of a Down
Modest Mouse
Korn
Disturbed
Buckethead
Shadows Fall

All that Remains is a good band and Rise against!!! Search for any songs from these 2 bands and I'm sure you like them.

Dude, if you like indie stuff (which I know you do) go for the new Bloc Party album, Weekend in the City. It has a lot of stuff like Radiohead and Modest Mouse, and also has some rock stuff. You should really check it out.

Buy In Rainbows when it reaches stores, it's beautiful.


Umm... Silversun Pickups, Rogue Wave, White Rabbits, Sonic Youth... and of course... The Violent Femmes. : D

From iTunes i'd say, get Carnavas, and the Pikul EP by Silversun Pickups, that'll run you about 15, well worth it, they're the new Smashing Pumpkins.

I actually liked Radiohead's latest album... I paid 'em a few bucks for it I think, don't remember how much. Some good stuff there.

But yeah -- get Diapasion, even though it's expensive... currently going for $25... well worth it though.

Normally I would have gotten In Rainbows but my dial-up usually prevents me from getting albums unless I let the download go over night. And yeah, I love indie stuff, how could I forget to mention that?

I bought Weekend in the City, JJRamone2, but it's still downloading... And I'm checking out the Silversun Pickups now. I'll pretty much look at all the suggestions, it's just time consuming on my part.

Silversun Pickups are really abstract, I love them. It's nice fall/winter stuff.
