Music for my iPod.

I have about $20 of the $25 I had originally left in my iTunes Store account. I used it to buy a music video, What I've Done by Linkin Park, and About a Girl by Nirvana. So with that given, I ask the following question:

What other music do you guys recommend? I would like to get into some other genres of music other than just video game music (which is about 65% of the music on my iPod).

I'd highly recommend giving Alkaline Trio a whirl if you havn't heard of them [: You must know them already, but have a delve into Green Day's back catalogue if your not a fan of American Idiot
