i nearly forgot to say this, but thank you so so SO much, DaCosim and Saylor!! the thread and the spreadsheet was a godsend and i managed to get TWO of the mushroom i wanted the most!! had the thread and spreadsheet not existed, i don't think i would have gotten ANY sauteed mushrooms without it, knowing my luck lol. and ofc, thank you to everyone who volunteered for mushroom testing! every single spot filled, WOW! what an awesome community this is, and i couldn't be prouder to be part of it
