In your town, do you have multiple characters? If you do have multiple characters, what did you name them, and why did you make them in the first place?

I have two. My main player is Katy, named after myself, and my second player is Cutie. Cutie is a rhyming pun to Katy, since hes my opposite gender player of my main character, and I wanted to experience how the male view of Animal Crossing vs the female. Cutie, also being a cute boy lol. I mostly use Cutie for storage purposes.

I have three characters. The first one is named Vince,a boy, me. The second is named Corvin,a boy, bird name. The third is Jay, a girl, bird name. I made the other two because for 2 reasons: 1. style and 2. paths/designs. The fourth slot is used mostly for campsite resetting/plot resetting.

I have two, my mayor and my secondary. My secondary is named Mako after the character in Kill la Kill. >w< She was made just to put paths down.

i have 4 and they all have different personalities and their house themes are also diffrent

I have three characters as of now, but I plan on having four once I'm done with plot resetting. There's Mayor Gena who is basically myself. There's Roy who's there for patterns and storage. Finally, there's Basil who's there for patterns, turnips and some storage. I plan on decorating their houses at some point. Roy is going to head the southern branch of town hall, and Basil is going to own a hotel.

I have three.

One is my Mayor, Anna. Another is based off of a story, named Rukina. The last one is a path patterns mule, named after an Fire Emblem: Awakening character named Cordelia.

I have multiple towns, but in my main town I have two characters- my mayor Chann (she's "me" and her name is a portmanteau of my first and middle names), and Prisca, who is the town's archivist and pathbearer. Initially I made Prisca so I could have a modern house near the mayor's office, but she ended up taking on a life and personality of her own

I have four. Mayor is named after me, the other three are named after characters from Achewood, the webcomic my town is named after (although all my players are girls and 2/3 of the characters they're named after are guys lol. I just didn't want to play as a guy) I made them originally to hold path patterns but now I'm really enjoying decorating their houses! They're all basically mules though, my mayor gives them all the bells and furniture they need haha.

I just recently put in my fourth character after getting my last dream villager, but now I'm thinking of switching one or two of my villagers out, so if I do that I guess I'm going to have to delete and remake her later so I can plot reset, blehhhh.

i only have my mayor; i don't create multiple characters unless needed (e.g. plot resetting, etc.), it seems much neater that way c: i also don't plan to set down some paths at the moment.

I have three, just to hold paths and decorate more rooms :)
I leave the last one open to be able to plot reset, and create new character to check if anyone has moved out.

I have two. Myself, and Fortune- she's a doll.

No, literally. I use her mostly to make/model clothes on because I have a compulsion to experiment with that. It's so hard finding anything- even QR codes that I like- and I get extra pattern storage. Seriously, she's pretty much a walking mannequin named after one of the 'bosses' in MGS2 that I loved to death.

Getting in touch with my feminine side, I guess.

me and my sister have one character each (my character being the mayor) + one mule character that we both share.

I have two! I've got my Mayor and a camper called ★ (yes its really just a start symbol)
and she just lives in a tent near the campsite~ and holds a couple of path designs
