Muffy is leaving my cycling town and she's 100% original. I'm hoping to get tbt for her!

I want her! My muffy recently moved out of my town and I miss her. She's in my void list I think though. I heard there's a way I can reset it or something by visiting a town with 10 villagers. I'll buy her if I get to figure this out!
