Moving in villagers and TTing question.

If I moved a villager out, with the intent to move them back in because they're were in a bad spot.
What kind of time frame do I have to do this before someone moves in

From what I gather:
I it has to be at least the next day for someone to move in. It will depend on how may villagers you have when the villager moves out. If you still have 9 when that villager moves out, no one will move in unless you invite them or they come from someone's void. In about 2-5 days, another villager will ask to leave. Don't have anyone visit you, to keep from getting villagers from someones void.

But I'd thought I ask around to make sure, I'm still learning.

The thing is, I can't stay in the future. I want to TT to the 8th, and adopt Eunice back the same day. THEN go back to the right date. ^_^

I guess I will have to just let her go on the 8th.

I was going to TT to the 8th, if you had room, and you'd adopt Eunice. Then I adopt her back in the same day, if you get her to pack. Or. I go back to the present and wait for her to ping you. ^_^

can you please clarify what you mean by "intent to move them back in" if you have that villagers amiibo card it will not matter if someone else moves in because you can move them directly back out. If you are doing the 16 villager cycle to get them back in then that makes more sense.

Now through my experience the only way for it to be the next day is if someone from the void comes. (or you invite somebody). I do believe you have quite a few days, maybe even more than a week before someone would try to waltz in. I think I TT'ed almost a month on my second copy and did not get a 10th villager naturally. I do not think the dates matter from the other persons village (My second town was in 2016 for the longest time, so I know that does not matter)
