Move out and then back in and then back out

OK I had Coco in my 2nd Town, She's my favorite Character and I finally had room in my main town to get her. So I moved her in, I tryed to do the house trick and it didn't work. I know what I did wrong that's not the problem. The problem is she moved on top of the Event plaza and Static is right behind her and on top of that she's squished right by the spot to go to the beach. I hate where she moved into, I really want to keep her but is it possible;e to get her to move out back into the town where she came from and then move her back into this town?

I thought that you could move the SAME Coco back in as long as it's the one you traded out.
