Mountain Getaway Idea

I saw some people mentioning going to the mountains as a different location that could be accessed in AC Switch. I also saw some others talking about having a hut/cabana on the Island, and thought that it would be so cute to have a cottage in the mountains! You could have guest rooms for your villagers or maybe some other cottages where villagers could stay.

Maybe you could do fun activities like skiing, sledding, etc. and there could be a gift shop for exclusives and different bugs and fish you could catch there.

I would love that, but not rooms for the animals as it's a "getaway".

I just meant it's like a retreat, where you go to relax by yourself without the daily demands of the game.

It would be neat to have a cabin or even a campsite.

If they've added creatures like snakes and other reptiles, that you could only catch in a mountain area, that would be another good reason to have one.

Yeah, that makes sense!

It'd also be nice if you could just talk to them and enjoy your time without having to fulfill any of their requests. If you did want them there, of course.

I was thinking that, too! A campsite would be cute. You could sit by a fire and drink some hot cocoa.

I also just had another thought: maybe it could be a lodge instead of just a cottage, so you could do fun indoor activities there. Like you could grab something to drink at a caf? inside the lodge, but you could order hot cocoa or apple cider instead of chocolate!

There could also be a spa, but I don't have any ideas regarding its function. Maybe you could just go to sleep on a bed there, because I just like the idea of having a spa.

It would be nice if you could bring people from other towns there, too.

Yes, I mentioned that earlier! Maybe you could even participate in those activities by going on a ski lift .

I like the idea of there being separate locations from your town. And if they want to take inspiration from Pocket Camp, maybe we could possibly get our own RV in this game. We’d be able to fully customize it, and it would allow for an easy cross-over of the little RV-birdie-team(I honestly forget their names). With the RV we could possibly travel to specific areas separate from the main town, like a mountain for example, where we could possibly catch area-specific bugs and fish, obtain exclusive items, etc.
