So I'm giving him away for free! First person who wants him, gets him!

I really want to get another neighbor and I don't want to go through any hassle getting rid of your voided neighbor. >:c

Note: Hardly anything about him is original. So sorry if you wanted an original Mott. :c

Also I'm only gonna keep this open for about 2 hours. Until another giveaway I've entered ends.
