Most "stuck up" personality in Animal Cossing: New Leaf?

So after reading the thread on regretting certain Dreamies someone mentioned how brutal some of the personalities were in the older Animal Crossing games. It got me thinking what is the most stuck up personality in New Leaf, even if they've been toned down. By "stuck up" I mean who cares more about themselves or talk more about themselves than anyone else.

Personality I think Peppies are the most stuck up, plus with their high pitched voices, they are kinda of annoying.
I think the least stuck up are Normals. In fact, they can use a confidence boost every once in awhile.

So who do you think is the most stuck up personality? Who do you think is the least stuck up?

Snooty, obviously. But they're supposed to be that way, so. lol

Second most "stuck up" would be Jocks, I guess.. But Snootys act stuck up in a "I'm better than you" sort of way, while Jocks just openly admit how awesome they think themselves to be.

Snooty would be because that's how they are, but the second one would have to be Jocks in my opinion. Jocks are always talking about their muscles and they often brag about it.

I think snooty only because that is how they are suppose to act, so they are in my opinion the most stuck up due to it basically being in their "nature"... but I think a really close second are the jocks because they have always talked about how much they work out and how big their muscles are...so to me they are very obvious in how much they talk about themselves being so great & muscular which kinda makes them a bit stuck up as well I guess??

The Snooties. They say things like "This furniture was made so I could own it" (roughly) so, yeah, ahaha.
What's funny about the Smugs is that they really aren't rude or mean at all, lol... Since the Japanese name for the smugs are boku- (cute(ish)) boy or kiza- affectionate, I really don't know where Smug came from.
