More than one town?

Forgive me if im being a bit stupid, but how does one have more than one town? Do you have more than one game copy?

You know what’s really stupid? Buying a second cartridge and a 2ds system so I could start a second town and streetpass myself with my first town on my 3ds. Now THAT’S stupid. But if you’re addicted to ACNL then it’s the best high and you get twice the villagers! Heh heh heh... I’ve no idea how people manage so many towns, must have amazing organizational skills and memory.

I have two carts and a digital copy! Do i have time for any of this? nope lol
but it helps me relax and forget about my troubles for a while so it's so worh it

That is smart, not stupid! Especially if you don't know anyone in real life who plays NL.

Edit: I have a physical and digital copy and only have time to play 1 while the other gets neglected..

I have a lousy memory and no organizational skills but I do have a lot of notebooks.

When I was thinking of what to name my second town I thought that Crack would be very fitting and when I was searching for which smug to get I found out about W Link and there was a YouTube video about moving him in so I watched it to see what he looks like... The town’s name was Crack. No joke. But I wound up calling mine Mandala. I love both of my towns but the smaller screen really does something special making it look kind of enchanted and totally different than the big, bright 3ds screen. It’s been mostly more fun than not so far and I’ve finally got ten villagers in each so turning on the streetpass tomorrow!
