More qr space

How do some people have mire than 8 tiles of qr space? I see people make their own paths and its more than 8 and some towns, how are people doing this?

They probably have multiple players that have pieces, like one player probably has some pieces and another player has the other pieces

Yeah, you have to use multiple characters if you want more than 8 QR codes displayed in your town. Although, I think there are a few things, like your town flag, that you can set and then either delete or store the QR and it will remain displayed unless you change it with Isabelle. But for paths and things like that, if there are more than 8 patterns, you have to use multiple characters.

You can set town flags & any signs/photo standees and then delete the pattern, so you can use that space for something else.
I made a second character specifically so I could get more QR codes..

You can have 10, not 8. And hopefully the next game allows us to have more. Or a proper in game path system so we can actually use our design space for clothes.
