Apple Imperialist
Yesterday, I went over Western MoonGlow and the ideas behind it. Today, it's going to be about the eastern half of the north side of the river - Eastern MoonGlow.
The northern part on Eastern MoonGlow is the large community with more villagers than ever. Besides the Tower PWP at the entrance through the north and possibly the Jungle Gym, there are no PWPs in this area, but it has one of the human characters and more than half the villagers in MoonGlow.
At the first row, you can find Morgan's house, which is the closest house to the Train Station. The path with his house and the tower also has the path to the ramp that takes you down to the eastern beach, where every tree is a coconut tree. Between the ramp and Morgan's house, you can find Iggly and Puck's houses, and behind all of these houses is a row of pine trees next to the train tracks. Back before I created Holly, Amelia and Apollo used to live in this area, as I wanted a row of eagles and row of penguins. But now times have changed. It's now all penguins, regardless of location.
In front of the first row is an inside garden of red and white tulips and lychee trees. In front of that, is a row of four villager houses. Tex, Flo, Friga, and Hopper all live in that same row. Also notice that there is a stripe of red, white, and yellow tulips across the entire row while being hidden from where the houses are. Red tulips are in the back, white tulips are in the middle, and yellow tulips are at the front. For the longest time, Roald, Aurora, Cherry, and Tex resided in that row, but as it came closer to publication date, I got rid of these villagers. Cherry is without a doubt gone, but Roald and Aurora have been relocated. Tex was also relocated, but only at the other end of the row. As you go further south along the cliff, you can find a jungle gym. Originally, that area was an empty place, as the tower had a wood bench instead. But I got rid of the wood bench in front of the Re-Tail in exchange for the jungle gym on this side of the town, and the wood bench in the community area in exchange for the tower. At the same time, one of the round streetlights near Town Hall was replaced with a wood bench so I can have more than one bench north of the river. Just like the lighthouse and windmill, I had paths surrounding the central project and flowers surrounding the area. Unlike the windmill and lighthouse, there's only one way in, and it's the same way out.
The best part of Eastern MoonGlow (in my opinion) is the whole campsite area west of the cliff-side path and south of the community. Back when I first created MoonGlow, I planned to cut out a huge area in my town for a campsite. I laid paths around it until I formed a 17x17 area. I also carefully planned where the campsite goes. I made sure it was directly in the center of the area. Amazingly, this was the first major PWP I built in MoonGlow, and the third PWP I ever built. It was finished within the first week of Andrea's ownership of MoonGlow. It was also finished on the day Leif's Gardening Shop opened. As time went by, I tried to plant more vegetation, both as borders and as the decorations for the campsite. I used StarFall to get the sweet-olive shrubs I needed, but purchased the saplings in MoonGlow not just to get enough to decorate this area, but also to get the golden axe. The trees and shrubs made effective borders. Since I was aware that I can only have 12 in a row, I used yellow tulips as gaps in the middle of the shrubs. Therefore, I didn't have to worry about the shrubs dying at growth while having borders around the campsite. If you were considerate enough not to walk on the tulips, the only way in is through the flower arch. As most of the town was soaked up by paths and flowers (trees too), this area is the most natural place. I grew additional trees in this area to make it look more like an actual forest to go camping in. I grew four perfect apple trees just to see them die, and cut down one of the trees to form a stump. The living trees, dead trees, rock, and stump make it look like an actual forest you can go camping inside. The downside, no holding pond.
The last part of Eastern MoonGlow is the southern tip. At the east of the Campsite is the classic police station, which makes it look like a forest ranger's station. In the past three towns, I had a modern police station, but I decided to switch that up. Going south, you can finally make it to a thinner strip. You will see the only streetlight in Eastern MoonGlow, as the path also acts as a trail to the lighthouse. In my opinion, the lighthouse looks best when being placed close to the waterfall, and along the beaches. This spot was a perfect place to build a lighthouse at in MoonGlow. The lighthouse has been one of my favorite PWPs since the days in Westport (which only existed in 2013). I also liked having it on the same side as my mayor's house. But this time, it was different due to the map. West of the lighthouse is another bridge to Southern MoonGlow, but only to the eastern half.

Additional Details:
- Only one streetlight exists here, and no bench can be found (but you can sit down on the stump).
- All over the north side of the river, fruit trees have their designated area. In this region, lychees are in the garden row between both rows of houses, cherries take the cliff side south of the jungle gym, peaches own the area with the path to the lighthouse, and durians surround the lighthouse. Coconut trees dominate the beaches on this side of the river, pine trees dominate the row near the train tracks, and oak trees dominate the campsite.
- Despite perfect apples being exclusive to Southern MoonGlow, I only grew them just to see them die here.
- This area has the least amount of PWPs, with only 6 minor PWPs and 2 major PWPs, yet has the most houses.
